Heavy users of social media increase their risk of depression by 27 percent. (2)

What should we do about it?

Matthew 11:28 NLT says, “Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

Social media breaks are correlated with significantly decreased levels of depression and loneliness. (3)
